What's included in an end of tenancy clean?
A top-to-bottom deep clean to help secure your deposit. Spit 'n' Polish cleans inside the oven, fridge and cupboards, descales and sanitises bathrooms, wipes skirting boards, doors and window ledges, and vacuums and mops throughout — leaving the property as clean as when you moved in.
Will it help me get my deposit back?
A thorough clean gives you the best chance. Most deposit disputes involve cleanliness, so leaving the property as clean as you found it — including inside the oven, fridge and cupboards — removes the most common reason for deductions. I can’t guarantee a landlord’s decision, but I clean to that standard.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially around month-end when moves cluster. Ideally book once your move date is confirmed. As I’m a solo cleaner, my end-of-tenancy slots are limited — get in touch and I’ll tell you what’s available.
