What it costs

How often should I book a regular cleaner?
Most clients book fortnightly, which keeps a home consistently tidy without a big cost. Weekly suits busy families and larger homes; monthly works if you keep on top of things between visits. Spit 'n' Polish offers all three at £15 per hour, two-hour minimum.
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
Yes, always. Spit 'n' Polish is just Jo-Ann — a DBS-checked, fully insured sole trader who cleans every home herself. You’ll never get a rotating team or a stranger at the door, and she’ll quickly learn exactly how you like things done.
Do I need to be home?
Not at all. Many clients give me a key or arrange access, and plenty are at work while I clean. Whatever you’re comfortable with — just let me know what suits you when you enquire.
