Should I clean before or after moving furniture?
After moving out and before moving in — an empty property is far quicker and more thorough to clean, because nothing’s in the way. For a move-in clean, book it for the day before you unpack so you start fresh in a genuinely clean home.
What's the difference between a move-out clean and end of tenancy?
They’re very similar top-to-bottom cleans. ‘End of tenancy’ usually refers to rented properties where a deposit is at stake, so the standard is set by the landlord or agent. A move-out clean applies to any home you’re leaving. Both are £15 an hour.
Can you clean on the day of my move?
Often, yes — but move days are busy and slots go quickly, especially at month-end. As I’m a solo cleaner, my availability is limited, so give me as much notice as you can and I’ll do my best to fit around your move. Get in touch to check what’s available.
